Open More → Recently deleted to restore a saved record within 30 days. Permanent deletion, full data deletion and separately deleting scan history cannot be undone in the app. Exported files and backups are managed separately.

Use Save draft and close to keep unfinished page edits locally. Reopening the same source document restores a matching draft. Drafts do not replace an encrypted backup.

Image-detail, bright-area and edge-content suggestions help you review a scan; they do not guarantee that blur, glare or missing page edges will be detected. PDF checks inspect the first page.

PDF size targets preserve a minimum render resolution. If a target cannot be reached at that resolution, DocCue shows the actual size and a warning. Check the exported copy before sharing.

Email support@originalgenlabs.com with “DocCue” in the subject. Include your device, OS version, app version and the steps that led to the problem.

Use a redacted sample if needed. Do not send passwords, Apple payment details, sync passwords or sensitive original documents. Support cannot recover a forgotten backup or sync password.

On a supported iPhone or iPad, use the document camera or import a photo or PDF. On Mac, import a file. Native document-camera scanning is not available on Mac.

For better results, keep the whole page in view, use even lighting and avoid glare. Check extracted text, dates, amounts and currencies before saving or creating an action. OCR language availability and accuracy vary by device and source. The number of interface languages does not imply equal OCR support.

Use PDF when you need the document pages. Use Word for editable extracted text and tables, or Excel for a reviewed grid. Word/Excel export, DOCX expense reports and advanced book tools require Pro.

Review the generated file before sending it. Word and Excel export extracted content and may not reproduce the original page layout. A completed system share does not confirm delivery to a recipient.

Review the suggested date, time and time zone before adding an event or reminder. Enable the relevant permissions in device Settings. Notification availability depends on your device settings, Focus modes and system limits.

Create a password-encrypted backup before changing devices or making major changes. Keep its password somewhere safe; Original Gen Labs does not hold a recovery key.

Optional encrypted iCloud sync requires the same iCloud account and sync password on your devices. Confirm a successful sync before relying on a second device. Original file copies depend on your retention and sync settings. Purchase restoration and document restoration are separate operations.

Pro is offered monthly, yearly or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Use the Pro screen’s Restore purchases control with the Apple Account used for the purchase. For subscriptions, use Manage subscriptions or your App Store account settings to cancel or change a plan.

Where available, the separate seven-day Pro trial does not automatically start a paid purchase. Apple handles billing and refund requests. Core text and PDF workflows remain available without Pro.
