DocCue Terms of Use

DocCue is licensed through Apple’s App Store under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement and the applicable App Store purchase terms govern your app license and purchases. This page describes DocCue’s product behavior and does not replace mandatory consumer rights or the applicable license agreement.

OCR, suggested fields, tables, classifications and dates can contain errors or omissions. Review the source and the generated output before saving, sharing, paying, filing a report or creating an event. DocCue is an organization tool; its results are not professional financial, legal or medical advice. Currency rates are informational and may not match actual transaction rates.

Core scanning, text and PDF workflows are available without Pro. Pro enables Word/Excel document export, DOCX expense reports and advanced book curve/page-splitting tools. Word and Excel outputs are designed to edit extracted content; they do not guarantee identical source-page layout. Features and language support depend on device capabilities and system resources.

Pro is offered as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The purchase screen shows your regional price and billing period before you confirm. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. A lifetime purchase enables the purchased DocCue Pro entitlement without a recurring subscription; it does not promise perpetual operation of third-party services or compatibility with every future platform.

Where offered, DocCue’s separate verified seven-day free trial ends without automatically starting a paid purchase. After it ends, choose a paid plan to continue using Pro. Use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for your purchase. Apple handles billing and refund requests according to its applicable process.

You control the documents you import and must have the right to use or share them. Keep backups of important information and retain your backup/sync password. Original Gen Labs cannot recover a forgotten encryption password. Review shared content and destinations carefully. A completed share action does not guarantee receipt or acceptance by another person or service.

DocCue runs on supported iPhone and iPad devices and Apple Silicon Macs using the Designed for iPad app. Camera scanning is not available on Mac. Optional iCloud sync, Apple purchases, currency rates and system sharing depend on external services and device settings. Availability can change, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
